Monticello has a variety of beautiful park spaces to rent for your next special event. Contact us to reserve a park for your grad party, birthday party, reception, family reunion, or company picnic. We've got a space for your group - large or small!

Rental Information

Park facility reservations are for a six-hour time frame. Restrooms are kept open during park hours. Additional information including rental rates and permit requirements can be found in the City of Monticello Facility Reservation and Use Policy.

Anyone interested in reserving a park facility must complete the reservation online.

Shelter Capacities

Monticello is once again accepting reservations for park shelters.

  • Ellison Park Lion's Den: 142 person maximum
  • Ellison Park Log Shelter: 100 person maximum
  • Pioneer Park Shelter: 114 person maximum
  • West Bridge Park Gazebo: 87 person maximum
  • West Bridge Community Room: 39 person maximum​
