Dawn is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer. Her passion for fitness stems from her personal interests in hiking, biking, kayaking, and wilderness survival skills. She enjoys training anyone that wants to improve the quality of their daily life. She focuses primarily on training individuals INSIDE the gym for OUTSIDE activities.
