Angela DeMichele is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) teacher.
Angela graduated from Miami University with a BS in Social Work and MEd with a specialization in Early Childhood Education at Capella University. For the last several years, she has worked in the fitness industry and as a social worker.
When training, her philosophy is about uplifting each other and empowering one another. She encourages a community that supports, where everyone can come in to improve themselves. Angela wants to be able to teach people how to lift and get strong as one of her mentors once did. He led her from never touching a barbell to beating the OH state record for bench press for her weight class. Her motto is, “Live, learn, pass on.”
Angela’s other focus is on instructing yoga to children and their families. Her goal is to teach the skill of mindfulness that children can readily use to create a positive outlook. Her goal is to give kids an outlet and enjoy a feel-good activity.

Tyron Terry is an experienced trainer and coach and has been involved with the sport of basketball for over 25 years. As a player at Valley City High School in North Dakota, Terry led the Hi-Liners to back-to-back state tournament appearances, was an all-state selection his junior and senior seasons and was named North Dakota Mr. Basketball in 2000.
After graduation, he continued his career, playing two years at North Dakota State University and two years at Valley City State University, where he was named an all-conference performer in the Dakota Athletic Conference in 2004-05.
Terry has been training and coaching youth programs in Elk River and surrounding areas the past few years, forming Mr. Basketball Academy in 2019. In addition to individual and group training, Terry has worked with a number of youth traveling programs as a coach/trainer and served as a Varsity Assistant and JV coach at Spectrum High School.
Terry is married to wife Heidi and has seven children. His eldest son, Tyrell, was the 31st selection in the 2020 NBA draft by the Dallas Mavericks and is currently in his rookie season.
Mr. Basketball Academy offers 1-on-1 and group skill development, camps/clinics (both private and community), AAU, and scouting. Participants of our academy will work on agility, conditioning, mental capacity (always thinking to give the extra effort & what it takes to play championship basketball), and the fundamentals (ballhandling, shooting, footwork, etc.). The objective is to breakdown the fundamentals to ensure that the skill set foundation is correct. From that point, repetition of the correct motions will lead to the appropriate muscle memory. Naturally, once we get to that point the confidence is high and players start to see success. Once they experience success, they start to love the game, if they love the game + confidence + proper muscle memory and fundamentals = prosperity on the hardwood!
