Kids Lifting Certification
Member children ages 12 and older will learn how to properly use the cardio and strength equipment in the fitness area with instruction from a certified personal trainer. Participants will also learn fitness area etiquette. Completion of this course allows the participant to use the fitness equipment without adult supervision.
For members only, register for a brief overview of the cardio and strength equipment in the MCC fitness area led by a certified personal trainer.
