We know that staying fit and active is a great way to build a strong immune system and stay healthy. Not only that, regular physical activity is proven to combat stress and provide mental health benefits.
To help you stay active when it’s not possible to visit the Community Center, we have teamed up with Les Mills to provide you with a 60-day free trial of Les Mills on Demand.
Simply click the button to the right (or below on a mobile device) to get started. Les Mills on Demand will give you access to more than 1,000 workouts that can be accessed through a computer, smart TV, or the Les Mills on Demand app. Classes for all ages and abilities are available.
