Three ways to take fitness classes at MCC:
1. Add unlimited classes to your MCC membership for only $10 a month.
2. Purchase a 10 class Fitness Class Pass, $45/members, $60/regular.
3. Pay the drop-in rate, $5.50/members, $8.00/regular

SilverSneakers group exercise classes offer you the best opportunity to stay on track toward your health & fitness goals. Our signature classes are designed specifically for older adults and taught by specially trained instructors. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
Instructor Nicky Peterson will blast your body into shape for summer! Nicky will challenge participants each week with a combination of cardio moves and core strengthening exercises. Each week provides a different work-out. Class takes place in the gymnasium or Warehouse. Class maximum: 20, check-in early at Guest Services to reserve your spot.
Build lean muscle and increase your strength in this circuit training class focused on strength drills. Rotate through stations of strength to work opposing muscle groups such as triceps/biceps, abs/back and hamstrings/quads. Each strength circuit class is different and all fitness levels are welcome. Class includes segments of cardio in between rounds of strength stations to drive the heart rate up, burn fat and increase both strength and endurance. Instructed by Tara Pink.
An intense class that will work your core muscles and lower body. Be prepared for exercises that strengthen your abdominal and lower back muscles, abductors, adductors and glutes. Instructor, Nicky Peterson, will help improve your posture and functional strength. Class takes place in the Warehouse.
Tabata is high-intensity training that produces remarkable results in both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. An interval training cycle of maximum intensity exercise, followed by a short rest, repeated without pause 8 times. Instructed by Tara Pink and Becky Rogalski.
Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm
In this class you will partner up for a series of boxing and kicking drills that uses pads, and body movements. Come with a partner or come alone and we'll partner you up. This class will challenge and stimulate your mind and body. An interval training based workout where you will learn to kick and punch effectively while developing flexibility, build muscle, and increase stamina. Participants are recommended to bring boxing hand wraps for wrist support and to protect the tendons and bones in your hands. You can find them at any sporting goods store for around $10 or order them through the instructor, John Falenschek of DoJo Karate.

ZUMBA fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Traditional Hatha Yoga - Emphasize physical & physological development through yoga postures, breathing, sequences & posture extenstions. This class is perfect for anyone who has always wondered about yoga or who desires an excellent introduction to postures and the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. Instructed by Gina Rajkowski.
Fusion Strength Yoga - Pilates and strength moves paired with fast moving yoga poses make this class unique. Yoga fusion classes seek to provide the flexibility challenges and breathing work of yoga while also offering overall toning, muscle-building or fat-burning activities. Instructed by Gina Rajkowski.
