There are 3 ways to take fitness classes at MCC:
We offer specialized fitness classes to enhance your work-out experience! Advance registration is required, and we offer a discount for members. Stay tuned for our specialty class offerings.
Are you new to the MCC? Knowing how to use the fitness equipment is the key to a great workout. Certified personal trainers will help you get comfortable using the equipment. The orientation is free for NEW members, but pre-registration is required. Existing members are encouraged to contact one of MCC's approved personal trainers for a more detailed orientation.
